Huddersfield Midwifery Society, in association with the Royal College of Midwives, have invited me to speak at their Maternal Mental Health Conference at Huddersfield University, on Friday 18th September.

My talk will be one of the first on my second book:

 ‘Another twinkle in the Eye – contemplating another pregnancy after perinatal mental illness’. I shall give a brief personal story; key perinatal mental illnesses; risks and prevention next time round with a focus on the role of the midwife.
